Michele Whaley: PREPaRE Crisis overview and training ( 2:00-3:30 EST)
Michele is a nationally trained instructor for The NASP PREPaRE curriculum. PREPaRE provides relevant school personnel with comprehensive training on how to establish and serve on school safety and crisis response teams. It integrates the roles of existing school staff and community providers in terms of the five crisis preparedness mission areas (prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery. She will give you an overview of this model and you will leave with more confidence in responding to crisis. You will receive 1.5 CEU's.
You must stay for the duration of the presentation and complete the evaluation at the end to receive a CEU. This presentation will only be available live, there will be no option for you to watch a recorded version later for a CEU.
