All registration is online and can be made via credit card or the invoice me option can be selected. If the invoice me option is selected, you will receive a copy of the invoice that can be provided to your organization. The organization responsible for payment will need to send a copy of the intent to pay or purchase order to our treasurer at insswatreasurer@gmail.com and remit payment to INSSWA, PO BOX 36826, Indianapolis, IN 46236 if they plan to pay at a later date or after the completion of the conference. This information must be received prior to November 3rd, 2025. Full refunds or cancellations will be given if you have contacted insswatreasurer@gmail.com with that request prior to November 6th. Any requests after this date can only be reimbursed at 100 dollars due to costs associated with venue cut off days.
